If I can save people time and money and most of all headache here is my review. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this auto body repair shop. My vehicle was dropped off on February 11th and was not returned to me until April 29th—nearly three months later. Throughout the entire process, communication was practically nonexistent. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates, and even then, I was rarely given clear information about the status of my vehicle or why there were ongoing delays, instead blaming AAA for taking so long on making a decision. I was left completely in the dark for weeks at a time. After waiting all that time, I expected the repairs to be completed professionally. Instead, I received my vehicle back with multiple issues. Parts were missing, some components were not reinstalled correctly, and the paint work was unacceptable. There were visible paint drips, paint dots, and overall poor workmanship that should never have passed a final inspection. What I thought would be a positive experience turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. The lack of communication, excessive delays, poor quality repairs, and missing parts demonstrate a com

Highly recommend this car body shop! My front bumper came loose and they fixed it in just 5 minutes. Super fast service and the price was really cheap too. The team was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely coming back here if I need anything again!

Excellente (Stockton) I recently had major work done on my car, including repairs to my bumper and hood, along with several other fixes I needed. Raul was absolutely awesome throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond—called around and negotiated prices on my behalf, got everything done quickly, and kept me informed the entire time. He walked me step-by-step through what was happening with my car and stayed in constant communication, especially when there were changes to parts being ordered from other places. The service was super fast, reliable, and the price was right up my alley. My car looks Excellente! I highly recommend Raul and the entire team at Excellente in Stockton. If you’re looking for quality work, honest communication, and quick service—this is the spot!

I can’t express enough gratitude for the support I received when I needed it most. When my son was in a terrible car accident, I reached out for help, only to be told by his father that he was too busy running errands. But thankfully, I had someone who truly stepped up. Not only did they offer emotional support, but they also went out of their way to pick up the car for me when I couldn’t. In times of crisis, you really see who’s there for you, and I’ll always be thankful for the kindness and reliability I was shown. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, look no further.. Raul Excelente I appreciate you!!

My lawyer recommended this body shop after my Tesla Model 3 was rear ended. They did a great job and repairing and perfectly paint matching the new bumper to the original color. THEY DETAILED AND POLISHED THE WHOLE CAR AND CLEANED AND WIPED DOWN THE INTERIOR!!!!!Staff is very friendly and polite. Great shop. Would recommend to everyone
